This addon let you block p2p, messenger and a lot more using layer7-filter.

Install:
You have to install layer7-filter first in order to use this addon !
Download/Info for Ipcop 1.4.8-1.4.10 or for Ipcop 1.4.11
After you have installed layer7-filter you could install the layer7 protocol blocker.
Download the addon here.
Copy the file to your Ipcop and extract it with this command:
tar xfz l7blocker_ipcop_1.4.11.tar.gz
Go into the addon-directory
cd l7blocker
and run the install-script:
./install -i
Uninstall
Go into the addon-directory
cd l7blocker
and run the install-script:
./install -u
Configuration
From the webinterface you could create rules, groups and policies.
First you have to create groups.
A group is a number of ips ( or a single ip ) or ranges ( in CIDR-notification ).
Now create rules.
You could select every protocol that is supported by layer7-filter.
At last you have to 'merge' groups and rules. This means that you select which protocols should be blocked for which group.
Finally press the start-button to start layer7 protocol blocker.
