Addons für Ipcop 1.4.13 [ These downloads work only on Ipcop 1.4.13 and higher ]
Kernel with layer7,imq,ipp2p
Description This is a kernel with layer7-filter, ipp2p and imq for use with QoS, QoS_NG, layer-Protocollblocker, p2pblock.

Install:
Copy the file to your ipcop.
Extract with:
tar xvfj ipcop-1.4.15-kernel.tar.bz2 -C /
Run this command:
touch /var/run/need-depmod-`uname -r`
and reboot.

If you update from a previous version of Ipcop with installed addons then
you need to modify the layer7-updater:
sed -i -e 's/"2006-"/"2007-"/g' /var/ipcop/l7filter/l7update
(This is only necessary if you update from an older ipcopinstallation
and have the addons already installed !)

I had to reinstall all IpCop to restore WLan ..
a note in the doc would be good.

Server (computer) work but i dont have connection with ipcop.

Old addons for ipcop 1.4.11 work better, much better.

My IPCop box is running in SMP mode, if that matters. Any suggestions?

Notice that I just installed a new IpCop 1.4.15 to make sure that it is not a problem with 1.4.16. In my case, the configuration is Green - Red and location is Brazil (I am not sure if it is relevant, but...). Did you tested it with new installation?

I installed QoS NG 1.5.1 and after that, I am able to install QoS 2.6.6.1. During installation of QoS NG something was done in Layer 7 that solve the problem of QoS 2.6.6.1. I will put this comment in QoS 2.6.6.1 installation.

Registered: 14 Nov 2007 : 12:03		I believe that forcedeth and r1000 need to be updated for it to work properly on 1.4.16. I get lots of errors and the NICs give problems when running setup.
Versions in Layer7 kernel:
forcedeth 0.50
r1000 ?

Versions in 1.4.16:
forcedeth 0.60
r1000 1.06

I am using two intel gigabit cards (e1000) and ipcop 1.4.18 on a dual 800 mhz III xeon system with 256 megs of ram.

I installed this package on after installing wtih the 1.4.18 i386 install cd. I ran the extract command and the touch command.
